Discounts:
Non operation discounts for 1/2 hour increments for rentals of 3.5 or more total hours.
5 or more hours has other possible discounts. For instance for low guest count.

Travel:
Travel of more than one hour from ZIP code 94305 is $120 per hour in 1/4 hour increments.
