Detailed Requirements List

Time

Set up time is about 1.5 hours which includes a half hour of extra time for unforeseen issues. Part of the planning includes letting us know where parking is available, if we can park there the entire event and how far it is from the booth setup location. Take apart time is about 45 minutes.

Electrical

The booth power requirement is minimal. A standard electrical outlet in any home or business is fine. The outlet should be 50 feet or less from the booth. If the outlet will be more than 50 feet please let us know.

Space Needed

The booth has a footprint of 3 feet by 6 feet. The access door needs to open which makes the absolute minimum necessary footprint 3 feet by 8 feet. The booth opens from both sides so the best placement is two or more feet away from the side walls. If space is limited the booth can go against a wall or even in a corner.

Load In & Out

Our booth can go anywhere. It has even been set up in the dining nook of an apartment for a private party. The main requirement is that the path from the parking space to the booth location is suitable for a large cart to roll in. The cart can roll through a residential door. Elevators are fine. A few stairs that are right near the parking or near the booth are not a problem. Stairs in other places are evaluated on a case by case basis.
