Reservations

A date is reserved once an agreement has been signed and deposit has been received. If you are mailing a deposit please let us know so we can don't oversell the date.

Holds

There are no holds. If you would like to send the city, date and time of your event we can put a note on our calendar to contact you if other partieswant the same date. This does not guarantee the date if it becomes sold out but it does .

Delivery

Photographer agrees to provide the services as contracted in a professional and timely manner. Photographer will provide backup equipment in case of the unlikely event of a technical failure. Should a printing failure occur, photographs may need to be printed after the event in which case they will be delivered within one week. Should an event beyond the control of the photographer cause significant delay or absence any monies deposited will be refunded within one week. Liability for failure to deliver is limited to return of any funds paid. At most events we have backup for every piece of equipment and our reliability and uptime averages in the upper 90th percentile.

Ownership of Images

Upon complete payment client owns full rights for all time to lawfully use the images taken by Photographer.

Cancellation

Policy is that deposit is non-refundable. Consideration will be given for cases of special circumstances or events that are months away during non peak periods.

Damage to property

The photographer accepts that damage to equipment due to guests using the booth in a rough or careless manner is inevitable. Damgae that is caused by willful maliciousness, vandalism or intentional guest theft is the responsibility of the customer.
